Upon completion of TheraPro Method Level 1, participants will be able to:
Client Intake & Assessment:
Conduct a structured intake process to gather relevant client history.
Perform assessments to identify movement limitations.
Hands-On Techniques:
Apply IASTM, passive, and active soft tissue mobilization techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
Understand the contraindications and indications for each technique.
Clinical Reasoning & Application:
Develop critical thinking skills to decide which techniques to apply based on assessment findings.
Create individualized treatment plans that integrate soft tissue work with self-care strategies.
Professional Scope & Ethics:
Understand the limitations of massage therapy within the scope of practice.
Communicate effectively with clients about expectations, goals, and realistic outcomes.
Participants will be provided with digital copies of course materials. Participants should bring their own table and medium.
