    The TheraPro course, by design, will force you to grow. Your understanding of the effects of manual therapy will be updated, your assessment eye will be challenged, and your hands-on skills will be sharpened. You’ll have the tools to get to the root of a client’s pain, movement dysfunction, and limitations, if you choose to use them.

    Learn how to assess and address your client’s pain and dysfunction, apply the best techniques at the best time and for the right reasons, and progress your therapies over each session.

    TheraPro Level 2

    Building on the Level 1, the Level 2 focuses more on motor control issues and how massage therapists can help clients with neuromuscular dysfunctions.

FAQs

  • All courses are hands-on and very interactive. Generally, courses are about 30% lecture and 70% practice. Lectures precede the practical portion to ensure understanding of the purpose of each practical portion. Lectures are generally 30-60 minutes, followed by 1-2.5 hours of hands-on work. Each course day is seven hours long with a one-hour lunch break (6 hours of content)

  • Currently, TheraPro Courses are registered in Texas as Approved CE providers. Out-of-state therapists are welcome to join any course, but there is no guarantee that the governing state will allow TheraPro courses to be counted towards relicensure.

    TheraPro courses are projected to be nationally accredited by 2027

  • Ideally, massage therapists should bring their own tables, medium, and tools. We understand that many therapists will be traveling further distances and may be unable to bring a table. TheraPro will have a few tables provided for those individuals.

    There is one hour designated for lunch; participants may go off-site or bring their own lunch and stay on-site.

    It is recommended that therapists wear athletic clothes or loose-fitting attire. Women should wear shorts and a sports bra; men should wear loose-fitting shorts or briefs. Sheets are not generally used in the courses, but you’re welcome to bring a set if you prefer.

  • The TheraPro courses are designed for massage therapists and therefore contain high amounts of hands-on practice. We promote an integrated approach to therapy, so anyone with a “license to touch” (physical therapists, physical therapy assistants, chiropractors, etc.) is welcome to join the course.

  • Yes! We offer a number of Online courses, including IASTM and the TheraPro Method Assessment Course. You can access online courses here.
