Welcome to the TheraPro Pre-course
This course is designed to introduce the prerequisite information needed to excel in the live seminar.
For some, this will be a lot of new information. We invite you to take notes, download, and review the course content to be better prepared for the level one, given that we will be limited on time and will have to jump right into hands-on applications.
The TheraPro Level 1
The TheraPro Method Level 1 provides massage therapists with a structured and evidence-informed approach to working with clients experiencing mild to moderate pain and injuries. The TPL1 course integrates functional anatomy, key assessment techniques, and foundational soft tissue mobilizations to create a comprehensive treatment plan. Therapists will learn to assess movement dysfunctions and apply effective hands-on techniques like IASTM.
By the end of the TPL1 course, therapists will have a strong foundation in assessment-driven bodywork, empowering them to make informed decisions about treatment plans while staying within their scope of practice. This course is a prerequisite for TheraPro Method Level 2, which introduces advanced techniques such as Muscle Energy Techniques, PNF Protocols, Cupping Application, and advanced assessments.
